Warehouse Policies for In-House Inventory and Supplier Direct Inventory
Returns & Order Policies
At NTS, we work hard to provide accurately graded and tested mobile devices and to make the buying process clear and dependable.
Returns
Supplier Direct Inventory:
If there is an issue with the quantity received or if the order does not match the confirmed device grade, please notify us in writing within 3 business days of delivery. Approved return requests may be eligible for a return or account credit, depending on the situation.
To request a return, an RMA (Return Material Authorization) is required before any items are sent back. Return requests must be submitted completely and on time to avoid delays. If approved, returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Once received, the items will be inspected before a credit is issued. Any approved credit will be applied to a future order.
In-House Inventory:
For in-house inventory, return requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send written notice within 72 hours of receiving the order. Our team will review the issue and work with you toward a fair resolution..
Return Credits
In some situations, a credit may be issued without requiring the items to be returned. For example, if an order issue can be resolved without sending the product back, we may offer a price adjustment or account credit.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply to certain returns, including unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet the return requirements.
Order Cancellations
Supplier Direct Inventory
Orders for supplier direct inventory cannot be canceled once confirmed. Payment must be completed within 72 hours to avoid order cancellation and possible loss of deposit.
In-House Inventory
Orders for in-house inventory may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation without penalty.
Shipping
Customers may use our preferred shipping and fulfillment service for an additional fee, or they may arrange their own shipping and provide the required labels.
Shipping insurance is not included unless specifically arranged. We strongly recommend adding carrier insurance for added protection during transit.
